Profile The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns end-to-end hiring for a diverse portfolio of roles, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and delivering a candidate experience that reflects our values. You will design sourcing strategies, craft inclusive job adverts, run structured interviews, and guide offers that balance speed, quality, and fairness. If you enjoy advising stakeholders, telling a compelling employer brand story, and using data to improve outcomes, this is your stage.
Description You will lead discovery intakes to align on success profiles and timelines; activate multichannel sourcing; and orchestrate interviews, assessments, and debriefs with discipline. You will maintain impeccable ATS hygiene, produce dashboards for funnel health, and support DEI hiring initiatives that expand access and reduce bias. The role is based in London with on-site and hybrid flexibility during standard business hours, with periodic surges tied to hiring campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured intake meetings to define competencies, interview panels, timelines, and compensation guidance; align stakeholders on decision criteria before sourcing begins.
- Craft SEO-optimized, inclusive job postings and select channels—niche boards, communities, referrals, social—to reach diverse, qualified talent pools.
- Screen applications and run behavior-based phone interviews to assess skills, motivations, and values alignment; provide prompt, high-quality feedback to candidates and managers.
- Coordinate interviews, case exercises, and debriefs; coach interviewers on structured assessments and bias mitigation to improve signal and consistency.
- Own offer strategy and close in partnership with HR and Finance; manage background checks and preboarding for a smooth handoff to onboarding teams.
- Maintain ATS data integrity and reporting—time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pass-through rates, and DEI metrics—and drive continuous process improvements.
- Champion candidate experience with clear expectations, timely updates, and respectful communication at every touchpoint.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in agency or in-house environments; hands-on ATS and sourcing tools experience; excellent organization, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication; commitment to equitable, accessible hiring practices.
Benefits Health coverage aligned to local practices; paid annual leave and holidays; professional development stipend and access to learning platforms; commuter and well-being perks; hybrid work flexibility with on-site collaboration as needed.
Compensation Pay range equivalent to $29–$38 per hour; final compensation offered in local currency and may vary by experience and market conditions. Excludes incentive plans and certain benefits.
Department Human Resources partners closely with leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams. You will join a collaborative group focused on measurable outcomes, transparent communication, and continual improvement of the hiring journey.
