Key Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement: Greet customers, assess needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and upsell/cross-sell appropriately.
- Point of sale excellence: Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately; follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Merchandising & readiness: Restock, maintain visual standards, execute seasonal displays and promotions.
- Inventory support: Receive shipments, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Safety & accessibility: Follow store safety protocols; keep the environment clean, organized, and accessible for all shoppers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail or customer service experience is advantageous; training provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs; reliable availability.
