Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline generation: Prospect/qualify through outbound outreach, events, referrals, and inbound; maintain healthy activity and conversion rates.
- Discovery & demos: Conduct consultative discovery; tailor value propositions; deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Opportunity management: Maintain accurate CRM, forecast with discipline, and advance deals via mutual close plans.
- Quota attainment: Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets while sustaining high win rates and satisfaction.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to improve campaigns, onboarding, and feature prioritization.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s preferred.
- 1–3 years in sales/business development/account management with measurable results.
- Negotiation, presentation, and closing skills in-person and virtual.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales tools; ability to travel within territory.
